3. When a refund is not possible

a) Starting work
Once we have started your CAD design or rendering work, we cannot provide a full refund as our team has already invested time, effort and commitment.
b) Project completion
If we fail to complete and control your project according to your specifications, we will not issue a refund.
c) Change of mind
We will not issue a refund if you change your order.
d) Proper Notice
If you do not provide timely, clear details, references or counterclaims, and this does not affect the final result, we will not issue a refund.
e) Customer Delay
If the project is delayed because you do not respond to or approve the design in a timely manner, a refund will not be issued.
4. Partial Refund Policy
In some cases, we will issue a partial refund.

We complete a portion of the work but the project is not completed
You cancel the project after we have started work
We only provide initial drafts but not final files
In such cases, we will apply the remaining portion of the work to the project and calculate the amount of work.
